David Lloyd Leisure Centre is easy walking distance. Buses 163 and 164 to Wimbledon every few minutes. Other buses 152 and K5 quite often too. In travel zone 3. WiFi access and Off Street Parking available but only microwave cooking offered. Would prefer a female lodger as all housemates are female. Must be non-smoking. Daytime working person preferred or full time student. It is a very quiet road in a pleasant, green neighbourhood on top of a conservation area. Thank you.
