Double room in friendly shared house :)

We have a big double room in our lovely shared house available from the end of September!

The house has an enormous open plan 'chefy' kitchen and living space with bifold doors to the garden, which is our communal space.

Current housemates are one couple Lara & Michael, and a friend Tom. We enjoy a little glass of wine or dinner together - but are equally understanding of personal space and generally keep ourselves to ourselves during the week. Our home feels like a little oasis from busy life!

We are looking for a new housemate as our current one who has been here for a year and a half is moving back up north :( We are looking for a professional, chilled, considerate and happy housemate. The room is a large double and you would be sharing a full bathroom with one other person.

We also share our home with a tiny little cat called Nala who is lovely and sweet.

The house is about a ten minute walk to both Motspur Park and Raynes Park station - with a bus stop 30 seconds from the house offering easy access to the tube line at Morden, or at Wimbledon. There is also free street parking available.

Bills are included in the price of the room ie no council tax etc.

We are also open to renting the room Monday - Friday for £750 per month, or on a short let basis.
