Double Room Available in Friendly House Share 🏡
Looking for a comfortable and laid-back home environment? We have a sunny double room up for grabs in our shared house, and we're on the hunt for lodgers who will fit right in with our easy going household.
Location
The house is a 5 minute bus/15 minute walk to Raynes Park station or a 10-15 minute bus to get to Morden station. We are surrounded by green spaces, with Cannon Hill Common and Morden Park nearby, as well as Wimbledon Common a little further on.
🛌 Room Details
The double room has a double bed with under bed storage, a large double cupboard (with built-in drawers) and a small desk.
🛀 Bathroom
The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger and is spacious with a large bath and separate shower.
Shared Spaces
Our house boasts an open plan lounge, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It's a relaxed and welcoming space where we can all hang out, enjoy meals, and have a chat. We also have a multipurpose room that doubles as a workout area and a sunny spot for lounging. There is also a decking area and a south facing garden (you are welcome to help garden if you have a green thumb).
👥 Current Occupants
The house is currently occupied by Robin, Ingrid (a South African couple) and Loki (their maine coon cat), who are the live-in landlords. We are currently looking for 2 additional lodgers to rent the two large rooms on the middle floor.
Ingrid loves food, playing board games, keeping fit, and going on long walks and travelling. She's a Chartered Accountant. Robin shares Ingrid's passion for board games and enjoys walks, cats, and computers. He's a software developer.
🐶🐱 Pets
We're proud pet owners and have a cat whose name is Loki. He might take a little time to warm up to new people.
