2 bedroom split level located in Raynes Park sharing with myself (24). Homely flat with a big lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You will have a lovely spacious room on the second floor of the flat with great amount of light.
It’s a lovely quiet area with a 8 minute walk to Raynes Park station and a 10 minute bus to Wimbledon station.
Looking for someone that’s up for the pub every so often, and to become a friend rather than a flat mate but appreciate own time. I never work for home so someone who ideally is the same. Someone who’s happy to maintain a clean, tidy and happy environment as this is important to me.
Rent including bills: £1050 PCM (Subject to change if bills increase)
