Large double sunny room in leafy raynes park

We are looking for a clean friendly female housemate. We hope to make friends and find someone to enjoy the house with. Looking for someone new as our housemate ( our friend now ) is leaving unfortunately.

We have a nice house with a great view of the big garden (8mx20m)with one room available from March 7th or up to april 1 ideally .
,with a max of 4 people residing (3 at present)

Available from Novemberish with a possibility to move earlier ideally.
