-There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room,
-The rent is 700£ per month - All bills are included
The flat is located just a minute away from the bus stop. The bus 57 goes to Kingston or Clapham Park and 265 goes to Putney or Tolworth. There are plenty of green area around such as Wimbledon Common or Richmond Park.
There are only two people who live in the flat who work full time, are down to earth and respectful, looking for the same in the future flatmate.

-No smokers/ alcohol / drugs / no party animals
-A deposit - 400 £
