Single room to let Raynes Park

Hi all,

My name is Alex (32M 🇬🇧) and I have an furnished upstairs single room to let at my house, where I am currently living with two housemates, Georgio (26M 🇮🇹) and Candace (31F 🇹🇼) :)

It's a 7 minute walk to Wimbledon Chase station, a 10 minute walk to Raynes Park station and a 5 minute bus ride to Morden (tube) Station (or 20 minute walk!)

All bills are included - water, gas, electric, internet (fibre optic 1Gbps ⚡), council tax.

We are generally quite easy-going but you can expect some basic house rules haha. We all like to keep the place cleanly too (maybe apart from Candace 😬🤭)!

I work remotely as a software developer while Georgio works as a barista in London and Candace a marketing specialist in Weybridge. The energy between us three is pretty good! Otherwise, I'm sure you'll find us all hospitable and approachable :)

Edit: In the last couple of years, we've also (kind of) sheltered and provided for a neighbourhood cat. I mostly look after him (this usually just means letting him into the kitchen to eat some food and be petted). Hope that's okay with everyone! He's a lovely boy!
