The dining room opens up to a beautiful backyard with rattan loungers and has a separate side entrance (handy for bicycles).

Private driveway with space for 2 cars, one for you if needed. Addotional on street permit parking available. The road is a cul-de-sac and very peaceful.

Please note I have a very friendly golden retriever who stays with me part time, so the room is only suitable for someone who doesn't mind her greeting you at the door :-)

The spacious and newly decorated house has well connected transport links to Raynes Park (5 mins), Wimbledon (15 mins) and South Wimbledon (15 mins).

Price for the room is £1150 per month (plus bills)
