Studio to Rent Raynes Park

Hi all, I am moving out of my studio in June and need someone to take over my contract. I have a 12 month contract with a 6 month break but I want to leave early. I have lived here 4.5 years and it is a lovely flat and in a great location. 6 minutes walk to Raynes Park station, the national rail will take 25 minutes to get to waterloo. It is furnished, comes with double bed and sofa. We have a communal washing machine and dryer. It is very safe and secure. As I have been a long tenant I managed to negotiate the rent down and while you are covering the contract I agreed the price will stay at that rate. From January 2025 when the contract expires the rent will probably go up inline with everyone else which i believe is £1175. The contract is through a managing agent, we will make amendments to remove me and to add your details. You will need to still do the necessary credit checks. Bills not included, the electric is on a meter. Summer I usually pay £25 per month and winter around £50. The water is paid every 6 months at around £100-130 which is £20 per month.
