Furnished double room in 2 bed ground floor flat

🛏️The room/ flat 🛏️:
It’s it a very spacious double room that will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe (with doors my roommate just took them off lol and I have another one if needed), bedside table, chest of drawers (the long one). I also have a desk if you would like one as well!

We have a living room with tv and piano as well as extra storage and kitchen with a dishwasher and air fryer etc. The kitchen does come with loads of storage and access to our communal garden which we share with the neighbours.

The bathroom has a bath/ shower and washing machine with storage for towels etc.

💸The bills: 💸
The landlord is currently asking for £1624 (which would be £812 each) and a min of 12-24 month lease. Hes a great landlord and we’ve never had any bother getting things sorted with him!
The other bills (gas, electric, council tax etc) currently come to about £150-£200 a month each depending on the time of year but I’m trying to get this down a bit if I can.

Close to a big Tesco, Waitrose and a small co op is over the road. The station is a 5 minute walk away and we have a laundromat over the road. It’s a quite residential area and has good connection via bus or train to Wimbledon (district line and northern line from South Wimbledon) Kingston, Clapham Junction and London Waterloo in about 25 min train journey. A night bus from central also take about 45 mins and drops you off at the end of the road.

I am a 24 year old actor currently working front of house is a theatre in London so I do get in later in the evening but I am quiet when I get in. Mostly just grab food and crash for the night haha. I have 2 very cute cats (Wanda and Oreo) who will be your best mate if you have treats or will just sleep in my room or the living room honestly they are pretty chill. I love a good movie night, or quite drink at the local pub, not really into partying but loves a day out like a picnic, museums etc and obviously the off theatre trip 🎭

I’d love to live with someone who I could go onto call a friend and have chill movie nights and have a laugh with to make the flat more like a home. Someone who will help keep the place clean and tidy and maybe wouldn’t mind the odd show tune being sang in the bathroom 😂
