The room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, height adjustable desk and office chair, armchair and side table. There are two fully equipped bathrooms in the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a small shared dining area.

All bills inclusive, including fibre optic broadband.

Currently housemates are 2 young women, both working, and aged 24-30.

There is a large back garden ideal for barbecues and a few drinks outside in summer.

Cleaner comes on a weekly basis for the common areas.

2 minutes walk, there is a bus stop from where you can ride to Morden and Wimbledon. There is free parking on the road and in the front garden.

There is a large Tesco Extra nearby, as well as some corner shops and super big B&Q and Asian supermarket.
