Large double room with own bathroom in Raynes Park

Large furnished double bedroom available in spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom top floor flat in Raynes Park.

It is conveniently located off the main road [not much traffic noise] with multiple transport options: a 12 minute walk to Raynes Park station, 9 minutes to Wimbledon Chase or a short bus ride to Wimbledon, South Wimbledon or Morden stations.

As per the pictures, the room has loads of wardrobe space. There isn't a desk but am more than happy to purchase one if you work from home. The bathroom has a shower/bath that you will have to yourself, except when there are visitors [I have an en suite].

The lounge has a very comfy sofabed to host the occasional visitor, when friends/family are in town.

I am looking to share the flat with someone who is easy to get on with and respectful. Happy to socialise or watch a series or two together but equally comfortable with their own company.

A bit about me:
I am an easy-going professional, working in healthcare. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors and catching up with friends.

I am a Christian and host a weekly connect group/bible study, so need to live with someone who is okay with having a group round once a week [you are very welcome to join us].

Please note that bills average at roughly £200 each per month [less in summer and more over the winter months, with the increased energy usage].
