Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my recently renovated 2-bed apartment. The place has new furniture coming in soon and is located in a great spot close to public transport. Here’s a bit more about the flat and the room you’d be taking:

**1) The Room:**
- A spacious double room with plenty of sunlight, complete with a built-in wardrobe. The bed is brand new, and you’ll get a new mattress, bedside table, and study desk soon.
- There’s also extra storage in the living area for any larger items like suitcases you don’t need to access regularly.

**2) Living Room:**
- The living room is big and open-plan with the kitchen. We’re getting it furnished with new pieces soon, so it’ll be cozy in no time.

**3) Location:**
- 7-minute walk to Raynes Park station.
- 5-minute bus or 15-minute walk to Wimbledon station.
- 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Chase station.
- Trains to Waterloo take around 25 minutes.
- Buses to Kingston, Tooting, and Clapham Junction also run nearby.

**4) Kitchen & Bathroom:**
- Both are fully equipped and have been deep cleaned recently. The bathroom is really spacious!

**5) Rent:**
- £900 per month, excluding bills.

**About Me:**

I’m a 25-year-old guy, easy-going and pretty clean. I’ve been living in London for the last couple of years, working as an M&A consultant at EY. I’m in the office 3 days a week and at home the rest. I like to keep things relaxed – I’m up for hanging out when it suits, but I’m equally fine with keeping to myself and giving you space. If you're someone who likes a laid-back vibe, I think we’ll get along just fine.
