Spacious double bedroom available in a lovely house, conveniently located near cafes, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Perfect for easy access to Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden, and Colliers Wood.

House Features:

The communal area is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A £200 holding deposit is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please email your documents. You will then need to visit our office to pay the following.

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 covers utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you choose to extend the contract on a rolling basis after this period, no additional utility payments will be required.
We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge they’re on us, so they’re not part of the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!

All the flatmates here are young professionals who keep things clean and are easygoing, so we’re looking for someone similar to join.
