Spacious room in friendly Raynes Park 4 bed home

We have a double bedroom available in our 4-bedroom semi-detached house in Raynes Park. The room is 9.3 square meter and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and curtains.
The kitchen / living space is open-plan, and we regularly spend evenings downstairs as a house (often watching any live football that’s on)

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, and washing machine. We also have a patio garden space, two toilets, one bathroom and a garage (which is not used for parking but makes a good storage space - and we also have a dartboard in there). There is plenty of street parking available.

The house is a 10-minute walk from Raynes Park station and trains to London are very regular running every 5-10 minutes. Raynes Park town offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, and cafes, and it's only a short train or bus journey into Wimbledon.

We are a friendly group and are looking for a housemate who will enjoy spending time in the communal areas of the house, but we also respect personal space at any time.

The rent is £700 per month, with bills approximately £105 on top of that. You will need to pass reference checks with the landlord. Our current contract runs from 12th April 2025 to 11th October 2025, with the possibility of extension.
