Double Bedroom available SW London

Hello!

We’re two close friends (both in our early 30s) from New Zealand, currently looking for a third female flatmate to join us in our lovely flat in Raynes Park (SW20 0PA). Unfortunately, our dear friend had to move back home, so we’re excited to find a new flatmate to make this place feel even more like home!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐭:
- Very spacious with lots of storage space.
- Fully furnished with three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms.
- The room available is a double, and you’ll primarily share the bathroom upstairs with me (it’s right next to your bedroom!). The double bedroom is an absolute gem and comes furnished with a bed, cupboard, desk, chair, side table, and a tall set of drawers. There's also plenty of additional storage space for suitcases, etc. Lots of natural sunlight and a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter!

Rent is £835/month (excl. bills) and move in date is ASAP.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬:
- Just a 5-min walk from Raynes Park train station (SWR). Wimbledon is one stop away and its a 25-min ride to Waterloo.
- Multiple bus stops within a 3-7-min walk, connecting you to most areas in the city.
- 2-min from Waitrose and Co-op, 7-min from Sainsbury's Local, and 20-min to Tesco Extra.
5-min walk to both Snap Fitness and Anytime Fitness gyms.
- 5-10 min walk to takeaways, cafes, restaurants, and a few pubs when you want to unwind after work/on weekends!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐮𝐬:
We’re both full-time working professionals in education and healthcare. Our interests include travel, cooking and baking, working out, socialising with friends, and exploring all that London has to offer ofcourse! We’ve been close friends for years, so we love hanging out in communal areas for chats and meals together. That said, we totally respect each other’s space when we need some time alone.

- A working professional female who’s friendly, considerate, clean, and respects shared spaces.
- Someone we can be friends with but also values their own personal time.
- We have been living here for over a year now and really cherish our home and keep it clean. We are looking for someone who shares this mindset.
- We also have a cleaner who comes every fortnight so ideally looking for someone who can contribute to this as well.
- We’re not a party household, but we do like to occasionally have friends over for a glass of wine or a meal.
