Situated just opposite the station, it's perfect for anybody commuting into Waterloo (22 minutes). The room is located at the back of the building so there is little to no noise disturbance from the street or the station.

The room comes with a double bed, no matress.

The flat is modern, clean and the current flatmates are Liv and Ricardo - both working professionals who are very relaxed and chilled flatmates to live with.

I am looking for a replacement for the remainder of the lease (till June) - after which there is the option to renew the lease for another year with new tenants.
