Double room on ground floor available in an all female, 4 bedroom house share in Raynes Park, near Wimbledon.

House is located 5 minutes walk from Raynes Park train station and 20 minutes walk from Wimbledon station. There are plenty of buses with good links to the close by tube stations in Wimbledon, Morden and South Wimbledon.

Raynes Park is a lovely and safe area, with plenty of shops, gyms, restaurants, GP and parks located just a walking distance from house.

Available room size has south facing bay windows and is furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed belong to current tenant, so new tenant will have to acquire her own bed.

Rent for room is £512.50 per calendar month. All bills (including broadband) are divided equally by 4 of us and are approximately £120 per person in summer and up to £150 in winter. Deposit for room is £550.

House is bright and tidy, has a great energy and beautiful garden. On the ground floor are the shared living room, kitchen, small conservatory. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 rooms and a bathroom that is shared only among 3 of tenants (4th and current tenant has her own en-suite). Bathroom includes shower, bath and a toilet.
Heating in the winter is controlled by thermostat, so the house never gets too cold or damp. Electricity and gas are fitted with smart meter and we have Virgin Media M350 broadband package with download speed of 362Mbps, suitable for household with multiple users.

Visits in the house are allowed, as long as they are not too frequent or disturbing other housemates.

New tenant will be included in Assure Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, with a fixed term rent of 1 year, starting on 18th of November 2024.

Living in the house are 3 females (Anita, Leticia and Jess) all working full time and a very cute cat named Chloe, the only pet with landlady’s permission. No other pets allowed.

We are easy going, responsible and we respect each other’s personal space.
