Raynes Park - Two Rooms Available in Kiwi Flat

Two rooms are becoming available in this lovely home in Raynes Park. It is a 3 bedroom home with an office - I rent one of the rooms and the office and am the only flatmate staying.

The flat is about 8 minutes walk from Raynes Park Station (national rail to Waterloo), 25 minutes walk to South Wimbledon (northern line), and 20 minutes walk to Wimbledon (district line).

Both rooms are double with good light and storage and share a spacious bathroom. Both rooms are available ASAP, however you wont be able to move in until the property manager has completed references and the tenancy agreement signed. There is a large kitchen which is well equipped and a bright living room which flows into a lovely patio garden!
Bills are around £120-£130 each per month depending on the time of year (due to heating costs in winter).

The flat is officially unfurnished, but the previous tenants are happy to leave their beds and some furnishings, and we have equipped the lounge and kitchen with furnishings and appliances.
No couples sorry unless you are interested in renting both rooms.
