Double Room in Friendly 2-Bed Flat

We have a double room available from the 19th of February 2026 in Raynes Park SW20.

We are looking for a non-smoker who is tidy, respectful and easy-going. You would be living with two people, who is a couple, in the flat. We are an easy-going, respectful, tidy and quiet couple and we are looking for a like-minded person. We both work full time, and in our spare time we enjoy swimming, walking, yoga, meeting up with friends, exploring London, watching movies, gaming, reading.

This room is suitable for a full-time working professional or a mature student. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples.

About the flat:
- The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, deep built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair, full length mirror, armchair
- Fully Equipped Kitchen,
- Dishwasher,
- Washing machine / dryer,
- Air dehumidifier to dry clothes quickly,
- Fast, unlimited Wi-fi Broadband,

Rent:
- The rent is £750 per month - All bills are included
- Deposit is £750

Location:
- Located only 10 minutes by walk to Raynes Park station, and 10 minutes walk from bus stops going towards Kingston, Wimbledon and Wimbledon Common
- There are plenty of green area nearby, including Cannon Hill Common, Wimbledon Common or Richmond Park
- There are plenty of gyms and cafes nearby

House Rules:
- No smoking, alcohol, drugs or parties
- Being respectful and considerate
- No pets, sorry
