Promise I’m not as boring as this Ad.

I’ve just bought a flat in Raynes Park (live in landlord) 6 minute walk from Raynes Park station and a 30 second walk from the David Lloyd gym.

I am looking to rent a large double room en-suite for £1200. Photos to be uploaded once building works are complete end of September. Move in date 6th October. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I am new to this landlord thing and have been in shared houses/flats the last 5 years. So familiar with the etiquette of flat shares😊

I am looking for someone Tidy + clean and someone to create a homely environment who I can be friends with and socialise with, whilst also both enjoying our own time and space.

A bit about me:
I work as a Pharmacist so free medical advice is included haha. I'm into fitness, gym, reading and football. Also a bit of science/history/general nerd. I also like the standard cliche things, going out to eat , watching Netflix/disney+ and going for a walk and getting a coffee. I'm laid back and not a crazy drinker. I don't mind friends coming over, although would rather avoid a party house. I work on-site and will most likely be out most of the week.
