A short travel time (20 minutes) into London Waterloo and a 5 minute drive to Wimbledon village/Wimbledon. There's also a new Aussie cafe (Lockdown Bakehouse) just up the road which opened up very recently serving great coffee/food options.

The best part about this flat would be its close proximity to green spaces of Wimbledon Common (15 min walk), and Holland Gardens (5 min walk) and Cottenham Park (5 min walk) are also within easy reach where you can access free public tennis courts.
