This person would value the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight, and having someone to cook and share up to 4/5 meals each week. They would also appreciate some practical help with tasks they find trickier such as carrying heavier items, picking up shopping, unloading the dishwasher and helping keep the home clean and tidy. Also when time permits taking the householder for a short walk. There is a cleaner who helps with cleaning and cooking some meals for this householder.

The accommodation on offer is a beautifully-presented single bedroom – single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, drawers – and it’s own shower room, and shared use of the kitchen and living space. It is a clean, tidy and airy flat with a balcony.

The property is in a very good location 10 minutes’ walk from Raynes Park Station and 20 minutes bus ride from Wimbledon Station.
