A bright, furnished single room is available. The room has a lovely view over the garden and comes with a single bed, chest of drawers, coat stand, plus a large desk and chair, ideal if you work or study from home ✨

The house
The house is in a really nice, residential area with permitted street parking 🚗. It’s just an 8-minute walk to Raynes Park station, with direct trains to London Waterloo in around 30 minutes. Wimbledon and Morden are also close by for underground connections.

Downstairs
There’s a toilet to share (as the other housemates have their own showers, you would have solo use of this shower), a shared open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that everyone uses comfortably. Cupboard and fridge space is divided evenly between rooms.
There’s also a small garden with a table, chairs and a BBQ, perfect for summer evenings 🌞

Location perks
You’ll find plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets (10 mins walking distance Coop, Waitrose and Tesco) and green spaces nearby.

Bills
Bills are organised centrally and come to around £135 per month, covering everything - simple and stress-free.
