Hi! I’m looking for a someone to take over my room from 31st January as I’ll be moving out with my boyfriend.

You’ll be joining a 4-bed, 2 bath flat in Raynes Park, shared with three amazing girls in their 20s.

We all met last year through Gals Who Rent and have built a really cosy, friendly home together - a great mix of chilled nights in, doing things together but also downtime to ourselves.

The room ✨
It’s a spacious double room, unfurnished, with built-in wardrobes (so loads of storage!) and a beautiful bay window overlooking the garden, which gives the room lots of natural light 🌿

You’ll also be sharing the bathroom with two of the girls.

Rent & bills
• Rent: £840 per month
• Bills: approx £150–£200 (expected to go down in summer with council tax reduction + warmer weather)

• 15-minute walk to Raynes Park station
 – Clapham Junction in 15 mins
 – Waterloo in 20 mins
• Bus stop 3 minutes away
 – 13-minute bus to Morden (Northern Line)
 – 20-minute bus to Wimbledon (District Line)
