We have a very spacious double room available to rent.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
It’s a three-bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen, dining area, and garden.
The bathroom (with shower) is shared with only one other person.

Wimbledon Chase station (4-minute walk)

We are ideally looking for a male professional in his mid-30s to 40s who prefers to live in a quiet household.

You would be sharing with two professionals (one male and one female) who work Monday to Friday.

Rent is £800 per month; bills are not included.

Available to move in by 26th March.
