I have a bright and well-kept double bedroom available in my two-bedroom flat from 7th June.
​The flat has two furnished double bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a separate toilet, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen with its own dining area. It’s a really lovely, inviting space that I’ve kept as a proper home.
​You’ll just be sharing with a female professional working full-time, Monday to Friday. I’m looking for someone friendly and reliable who is happy to keep the place tidy and respectful. It’s definitely not a "party house," as I like to properly unwind after work, but it’s a very relaxed and friendly environment.
​The location is brilliant for commuting, as we’re really close to both Raynes Park and Wimbledon stations. There are quick links into Waterloo and Clapham Junction, and it’s also easy to get to Gatwick Airport.
​Rent is £875 per month (excluding bills), and the deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent. Bills (Council Tax, water, electricity, and internet) are shared.
​I’m happy to show people around in the evenings from 7pm, or we can find a time that works over the weekend.
