Transport links are excellent - quick access to Waterloo (20 mins), Wimbledon (3 mins), and Clapham (10 mins). You’re also within walking distance of supermarkets, green spaces, and everything you need.

You’ll be living with two friendly, sociable housemates (late 20s) who enjoy BBQs, pub trips, and the occasional games night. We keep the house clean and relaxed—this isn’t a party house, so we’re looking for tidy, considerate professionals with a similar vibe. Ideally you're friendly and up for making friends and not just housemates!
