One flatmate is going abroad for work from 14th October. She is flexible with return date but ideally the maximum time would be 4 months (so to mid February).

The room is the top floor of the house with it's own en-suite. Fully furnished. The house has a large, bright kitchen with a lovely outdoor area. Front room has TV - Netflix etc. included.

All bills included in rent. Rent is £200 less than usual as current flatmate is willing to cover that to leave a few things in one of the cupboards.

Flexible with dates but 2 - 4 months is ideal.

It's a nice and chilled household, flatmates enjoy a wine and a chat but also happy to enjoy own space. Located on a nice quiet street. 4 min walk to Raynes Park Station.
