Unfortunately, I’m moving away from London and leaving behind my wonderful flatmates, so I’d really love to find someone like-minded and friendly to take my place.
The girls who are staying are looking for someone of a similar age and with similar interests who will fit nicely into the flat dynamic. We’re not in each other’s pockets, but we enjoy having a chat about our days, going to the gym together, and making the most of the garden with a BBQ when the weather is nice! ☀️

• The bathroom will mainly be for your use and is only occasionally used by visitors

• Small private garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer

• Wimbledon Station - approximately 10 minutes by bus
• South Wimbledon Station (Northern Line) - around a 20-minute walk or a short bus journey
• Morden Station (Northern Line) - approximately 15 minutes by bus
📅 Tenancy Details
• Available from: 18th October
• Rent: £833 per month
• Bills: Approximately £150 per month
• Tenancy: Contract runs until June 2027
• Administration fee: £50, payable to the letting agent to update the tenancy agreement
