Spacious double loft room in Raynes Park

Looking for a flatmate for my recently refurbished house in Raynes Park (new kitchen and bathroom). The house has 3 double bedrooms - one of which is a guest room / study, a spacious lounge, kitchen-diner, utility room, garden with shed for bikes and side access - (great for bbqs!), virgin broadband & TV. All bills are included in the rent which also includes a weekly cleaner. The house also has a washing machine and dishwasher.

The house is a 3 minute walk from Raynes Park station. Trains to Waterloo in 20 mins and a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon common / town centre.

The room is a light & very spacious double loft room complete with integrated desk & drawers, wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and oodles of storage space.

About me: I'm 33 and run a consultancy during the week and enjoy cycling, sailing and the odd beer / glass of wine or two amongst other things. Enjoy cooking and the odd shared meal. Weekends tend to be pretty laid back.

Only other thing to mention is I have a 'dog share'. Cleo is a very relaxed rescue staffy from battersea who stays once every few weeks for a week and loves sleeping, cuddles and the odd ball throw.
