Our house is located in an ultra convenient location a VERY short walk from Raynes Park Station (a few mins from Wimbledon). We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. We also have the local David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from Trafalgar Square.

The interior of the house is neutrally decorated, with tiled floors throughout much of the property. We have a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a sunny garden perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's. The kitchen has the usual mod cons and the house has a total of 3 bathrooms and a separate wc.

We have a large double room available which comes furnished with a double bed, and a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is light and bright and overlooks the garden at the rear of the house.

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is clean and tidy and a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one month’s rent is required as deposit to secure the room.
