Double room in modern, friendly flat in a converted house in Raynes Park (half way between Morden and Wimbledon). The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bedside table, desk and chair and has its own TV point. The rent is £ 800 per month inclusive of all bills.
The house was recently refurbished to modern standards underfloor central heating, double glazing, ventilation with heath recovery, quiet doors and fibre-optic wireless broadband internet. Each floor level has its own kitchen/dining, separate shower and separate toilet, for the two occupants on each floor to share.
Local amenities: Co-op, Mini Mart with Post Office, hairdressers, pub and a couple of restaurants/takeaways are nearby in a parade of shops located at approximately 3 minutes walking distance. A larger Tesco supermarket is 1. 1 miles away. Sainsbury, Lidl and Iceland are 10 minutes away on the bus in Morden town centre. Morden Park Pools and Gym are 10 - 15 minutes away across the park. David Lloyds Leisure with indoors and outdoors swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, saunas, steam rooms and a 10 pin bowling lane is 1. 2 miles from the house.
The house is two minutes away from bus stations with excellent links to Raynes Park (1. 2 miles), Wimbledon (2. 2 miles), Sutton (4 miles), Kingston (4. 5 miles) and Epson (5 miles). Central London is easily accessible via tube (Morden to Leicester Square in 28 mins) or train (Raynes Park to Waterloo in 21 mins). There is free on street parking if you have a car.
You will be sharing the kitchen/dining and bathroom facilities on the top floor of the house with another easy going, tidy and friendly professional. The kitchen is equipped with fridge , washing machine, ceramic cooker/oven, microwave and kettle. There is a set of the usual kitchen utensils required for cooking/dining. There is opportunity to socialize but there is also respect for each others privacy and the house is generally very quiet. It is a clean house, each occupant is expected to pull their own weight cleaning after themselves and general cleaning is done once a week.
