We have a large double bedroom available in a spacious house in Raynes Park. Raynes Park Station which has the mainline trains to Waterloo as well as Bus routes are less then a 4 minutes walk away together with shops in the high street.

The house contains a spacious living room with a good sized kitchen and dining area that leads out to a large garden. It is a very clean house with a cleaner coming every 2 weeks. Wi-fi is also available . All bills are included.

The housemate we are looking for needs to be friendly and considerate and wants to be part of a home. This is not a party house as we are all working professionals with longs hours so we like to come home and have a place to relax.

Fees for a reference check by the agency are £200+VAT (£240).
