Big double to rent next to the park

Hi all.
We have spare double to rent. Recently refurbished house is located 5 minutes from Raynes Park station.
There is garage for bicycle storage, big garden with fireplace and bbq. House is located next to park.

The room is big double and its located in the front of the house on first floor. Furnished with dbl bed and wardrobe.

We are 2 guys and one girl and we are looking preferably girl to keep the balance.
We are sociable people but we also respect each other privacy.
We have great landlord who is really helpful.

There is a on street parking.

Money: rent is GBP 575 per month all inclusive.

One month rent deposit..
