Description
Hi, we're looking for a new housemate to replace our current housemate who's moving out. We're 3 professional females, all work full time, part from home and part in the office.
Nobody is a party animal but they all get on well with one another and hence we have a home rather than a household.
A little bit about the house and the room:
It's a modern houseshare for 4 people. It was renovated 8 years ago and it's in good condition.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom in the front a separate cloakroom (loo under the stairs) with an open plan kitchen and living room. Bi-fold doors lead onto a wooden deck, garden and storage shed at the back of the garden. Grass is fake so no need to mow (yay!)
On the first floor is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and loo. No need to climb into the bath to shower. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one overlooking the back garden and the one overlooking the front garden (This is the room that's available). Each room in the house is furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The loft room has its own en-suite loo and shower so that means the 1st floor bathroom is for 3 to share.
The energy rating for the property is A and there's double glazing throughout the house.
Now the details:
The price includes all bills, electric, water, gas, tv licence, wi-fi, regular cleaner and council tax.
The kitchen has all new appliances including two fridges, two freezers and integrated dishwasher.
There is also a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
Permit controlled parking is available on the street.
The property is very close to the nearby David Lloyd gym to the left and only a short walk to the Raynes Park mainline station to the right. Also very accessible to the A3 and many bus routes into Kingston and Wimbledon.
The room will be ready to be moved into in from 25 Jan.
Deposit is one month rent, kept in a TDS government scheme.
