We currently have a cosy room available immediately. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We have a great shared space including a large, comfortable lounge, a big kitchen diner and a fantastic garden which overlooks playing fields beyond. There are two bathrooms and a separate wc.

You would be sharing with friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to make the house homely.

The house benefits from close proximity to transport, shops, bars, restaurants.

Transport - Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (21 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from central London!

Shops - We have a huge Tesco superstore minutes away, a large Waitrose and a variety of cafes, bars and independent shops including a Starbucks plus all the amenities of Wimbledon on our doorstep.

The property falls into council tax band F.
