Large room in 5 bed family house, bills included

Three rooms are available from September in recently renovated 5 bedroom, 130sqm upmarket family house. Spacious bedrooms, open plan, modern, fully equipped, bespoke kitchen-dining room-living room and large garden.

We extended and refurbished the house for ourselves, not for renting out, but have temporarily relocated to Ireland for work.
Only letting out 3 rooms as we don't want the house to be overcrowded and run down.. Also all bills (Council Tax - £240/month itself -, electricity, gas, water, internet) is included to the level of reasonable use, hence the higher than usual pricetag.
I'm also back in London time to time, one room is kept empty for that reason.

I'm looking for professionals who are tidy, clean, sociable, who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home.

The rent is for single occupancy. For couples is £1300/room.
