Our smaller double bedroom (white wooden furniture) is becoming available on the 27th of October, in our 3 bedroom apartment situated just on the outskirts or Regent’s Park .

The apartment is gorgeous, I say this in a unbiased way :-), top floor airy and well lit apartment. It includes a living room, bathroom, kitchen- with all appliances including a coffee machine, loads of storage space and 3 bedrooms. Every room has a window in it making it extremely airy and well lit. You can park your bicycle inside the courtyard building.

The location is very central, we are just off the outer circle of Regent’s Park, a place called cumberland terrace. The closest stations are Camden and Great Portland Street which are both an 8min walk away. A bus stop is available going in both directions just a minute up the road and runs every 5-8mins.

Current flatmates include myself- working in healthcare and a gentleman working in finance( Spanish from Barcelona) and full time post graduate student from Bali Indonesia ( leaving tenant ) . We are friendly and love a chat about almost anything. Although we look out for each other as flatmates, we are also very independent and able to give each other space. We work long hours everyday and tend to go to the gym after that.

Rent includes all bills.. Bills will include council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet as well as toilet paper and cleaning products for the cleaner that attends fortnightly.
