Spacious double room next to Regents Park!

We have a room available in our multicultural flat!

The room: The room is quite big and bright, and comes with a double bed, office desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves unit (see pics). Rent is £690 per month (but please add about £50 for council tax, utility bills and broadband). The room is available now!.

The flat: The flat is two floors with one bathroom on each floor. The 1st floor has one en-suite bedroom and the kitchen (equipped with a big fridge, oven, laundry machine, microwave, etc). The 2nd floor has three more bedrooms (including your room) and an extra bathroom. We have wireless broadband throughout. The flat is located very centrally close to Tottenham Court Road, just off Hampstead road in NW1. It is a 5 min walk from Euston/Euston Square/Warren Street/Mornington Crescent tube stations.

The other tenants: Christopher (Greek, neuroscientist), Andrea (Italian, marketing), Sheila (Portuguese, Film VFX production), and Lina (French, trade policy advisor). Our ages vary from 28 to 41 and we are all really nice! We are friends and often hang out together, but also respectful of each other’s privacy. We like running (parkruns we miss you), cooking, movie nights, video games, the usual. We also like to keep the place tidy and have a weekly cleaning rota to keep on top of things.

COVID-19 stuff: Apparently house viewings/moving are still allowed so you can still come visit us! Having said that, we would like to keep viewings to a minimum so please make sure you are definitely interested, within budget etc. In order to conduct viewings in a safe manner we ask you to wear a face cover when you visit and so will we! Also happy to have a virtual viewing on cam!
