Central rooms in friendly flatshare!

Hi!

We are looking for two people to join us in our lovely flat close to Regent's Park in early August!

The 4-bed apartment is spread out over multiple floors and is located in a beautiful Victorian house with a large kitchen and amazing roof terrace perfect for some gardening, drinking cocktails or relaxing in the hammock! The rooms come furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There is enough space to work from home.

We are two professional girls in our mid-20s. We are looking for someone who wants to make the place their home, have drinks or cook together in the evening and make the most out of living in London! We do, however, also respect each others’ space and need for quiet evenings.

We have two rooms available:
- Smaller room with single bed (£650 rent per month, £701.89 as deposit)
- Larger room with double bed (£743 rent per month, £852.45 as deposit)

The apartment is located just minutes away from Regent's Park, a 20 min walk away from both Soho and Camden Town, and a 10/15 minute walk from Marylebone high street. The tube connections are absolutely amazing - 5 min walk to Great Portland Street (Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City) and a 7 min walk to both Warren Street (Northern & Victoria) and Regent's Park (Bakerloo)!

The not so fun admin side of things: Bills are approximately £120 per month including internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax. Also important to note is that the agency renting the flat to us requires tenants to provide evidence for an annual salary of at least £23K OR a UK-based guarantor. Also no students please!
