We are looking for a female to take over my contract for 6 months: 17 July 2024 - 17 January 2025. (The landlady did not decide about next year's contract yet so for now the room is only available for 6 months.)

This is the biggest double room of a 3 bedroom flat with a large living room and a kitchen. The bathroom is shared only between 2 roommates as the third one has their own ensuite.

The rent is £805 pcm with no bills included.
The bills are around £150-200.
Deposit is £900.

Both the flat and the room are spacious and bright. Flat is a bit old but well kept, with no issues. Location is the best, 10-15 minutes walks to Camden, Great Portland Street, and just a minute away from Regent's Park! You can actually see the park from the window.

The flat is always tidy and quiet. Both my roommates work during the week and they are looking for someone that would fit the rhythm.

A working person is a must and students are not going to be considered for council tax purposes.
