Single room available near Regent’s Park!

Hi!

We are looking for a new person to join us in our lovely flat close to Regent's Park in mid November!

The 4-bed apartment is spread out over multiple floors and is located in a beautiful Victorian house with a large kitchen and amazing roof terrace perfect for some gardening or relaxing in the hammock! The rooms come furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There is enough space to work from home.

We are three professionals in our 20s. We are looking for someone who wants to make the place their home and make the most out of living in London!
The apartment is located just minutes away from Regent's Park, a 20 min walk away from both Soho and Camden Town, and a 10/15 minute walk from Marylebone high street. The tube connections are absolutely amazing - 5 min walk to Great Portland Street (Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City) and a 7 min walk to both Warren Street (Northern & Victoria) and Regent's Park (Bakerloo)!

The not so fun admin side of things: Bills are approximately £120 per month including internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax. Also important to note is that the agency renting the flat to us requires tenants to provide evidence for an annual salary of at least £25K OR a UK-based guarantor. Also no students please!
