After 5 years of living in this amazing flat, the time has come for me to move on…the location of the flat will be missed for sure (right around Regent’s park!)
The flat is a 3-bedroom flat (around 95 sqm), victorian style-high ceiling kind of flat.
It’s 2 of us living here - my flatmate is lovely and we have been living together for 5 years (Females only considered for my replacement).
The room is a double room (the bed + mattress came with the room), en-suite with a new bathroom and quite new carpet.
There is a shared living room with an extra bed and the kitchen is separate.
Rent is £1350/month and deposit is £1200. References will be conducted. Bills are around 250£ (council tax £140, water £15, wifi £15, electricity £80) for me, but it really depends on your lifestyle I guess as I do not wfh and travel quite a bit so bills may vary + we have no gas so heating, cooking etc is on electricity).
Move in date is 15th December and viewings will be held 25th and 26th November (no earlier viewings possible).
Rent goes from the 23rd every month. Contract is signed on a yearly basis and we have it signed until 22nd October 2025(we renewed it every year without any issues).
