Description
We have a double room available from 1st February onwards in our spacious duplex apartment. The room is equipped with a desk, wardrobe, and double bed. The flat is amazing- it is in a converted townhouse and has a big living room and rooftop with amazing views! The location is ideal, with Great Portland Street Station, Regent's Park Station, and Warren St. Station just a short walk away.
Our ideal tenant is a working professional that is clean, respectful, but most importantly sociable. We really value a warm and inviting flat environment so we greatly prefer an outgoing individual that is open to doing fun things with the flat :). Age/gender doesn't matter too much, and students are welcome, but MUST be willing to contribute to council tax (£80 pp. per month).
A bit about the current tenants: I'm Anna, 24 years old, and just graduated from a Masters at King's. The other flatmate is Panny, 30 years old, and also just finished a Masters at King's. We are both really extroverted and easy to get along with!
Rent is £960 excl. bills. You can expect the bills to be around £150 (but typically less) each month. Move in date has to be before 10 Feb. so you can join the new contract.
