Double room in spacious duplex available ASAP!

We have a lovely double room available from the beginning of October (slightly earlier move-in date can be negotiated) for 5 months. The room and the flat itself comes fully-furnished, including kitchen equipment, etc. so you won't have to buy anything!

The location is absolutely ideal- Regent's Park, Warren Street Station, Great Portland Street Station, Tesco, and LIDL are all less than a 10 minute walk away.

The flat itself is a spacious duplex with a bright living room and a rooftop with gorgeous views. You would be living with two other guys, a lawyer and a PR/Policy consultant, both from England. They are super chill and sociable!

We prefer a flatmate who is also very sociable and outgoing, and who is clean and keeps the flat well-maintained. No preference for gender or age, students are more than welcome but MUST contribute to council tax, no exceptions.

Rent will be £1000, bills tend to be around £200 per month (never more than this), which includes council tax at £80 per person.
