House Share in Central London

Hi! We’re three girls who finished our Masters last Autumn and are now working in the city looking for someone to move in come September!

The house is 5 minutes from Regent’s Park, Great Portland Street and 5-10 minutes from Euston Square Station and Euston Station. It’s also only a 20 minute walk to Oxford Circus/Tottenham Court Road. You can get to most places within a 30 minute tube ride - two of the current residents work in Canary Wharf!

For students, we’re pretty much ON the UCL campus and ICL is about 20 minutes on the tube, so is super convenient :)

We have two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and then a separate living room.

Rent is £1050/month and bills (due to seasonal variation) are between £100 and £155 (this billing also includes house insurance, Wi-Fi and council tax (band E))**

Ideally we’d like someone near our age so either a Master’s student/4th (maybe 3rd) year or a working professional!

When we moved in, the only furniture in the available bedroom was a bed, the current tenant moved the wardrobe and rail in - so if these don’t suit you they can definitely be removed!
