I am recent 5th year graduate from the AA School of Architecture and i am looking for 2 new flatmates for this house on Albany Street. The prices are 955pcm / 220. 38pw for the big double room and 920pcm / 212. 31pw for the smaller double room. Bills and council tax are not included.
The rooms come professionally cleaned and furnished, each with a wardrobe, chest drawer, shelving unit and double bed. There is also an additional store room within the house. The location is very safe, with a police station just minutes down the road. The flat is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Victorian Grade 2 listed building. There is a large communal kitchen with dining table for 6 and a huge roof terrace that is occasionally used for summer barbecues.
It only takes 3 minutes to walk to Great Portland Street Station, 4 mins - Regents Park Station, 5 mins - Warren Street Station. 10 minutes to walk to UCL, and Royal Academy of Music; 15-20 minutes to the AA, RADA, SOAS and University of Westminster.
Regents Park is just 2 minutes walk from the house. The move in date will be on the 1st Oct for both rooms. Earlier move in date is negotiable with the current flatmates.
The viewing dates will be on 20th and 26th of September 2015.
