The House-
Layout: 4 Double Rooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Toilet and 1 Bathroom
Location: Next to Regents Park, 3 minutes walk from Great Portland Street Tube station, 5 minutes walk from Warren Street Station and Euston Station.
Rent: 800 pounds and 1000 pounds for the double room 1 and the double room 2 inclusive water, electricity, gas and high speed unlimited internet. (Rental and length of stay are negotiable)
Availability: 5th of April - 24th of April 2014
The Roommates-
You will be staying with me and a guy from Macedonia. We are postgraduate students at UCL, doing architecture and public policy respectively. We are friendly, clean and respectful and we expect our temporary guest to be the same.
