Need a new flatmate

2 bed flat with amazing view looking over Regent's Park and beyond. Can even see Wembley Stadium from the living room.
Current flatmate has finished her studies and is moving away.
Ideally potential flatmate to have a minimalist lifestyle. I like everything to be tidy and clean, but not OCD.
I like the finer things in life and would like to find someone like-minded. I am very flexible regarding rental amount since I believe it is far more important to find the right person.

Some extra info:
Total council tax is 2200. 80 per year shared equally unless you are a student.
Internet is included.
Electricity and Water shared equally.
New flatmate will be added to the tenancy agreement. Subject to references too.
